Shipment Procedures & Policy
Shipment of all products is usually immediate: however, sometimes back orders do occur. When an item is back ordered we will notify you immediately that there will be a delay and how long that delay will be. If payment is made by personal cheque then shipment will be delayed until the cheque clears the bank. Generally personal cheques take 7 days to clear before shipment is made. 

Regular Delivery - 3 to 5 Days; we ship your order UPS, Fed Ex or via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Most orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping Outside the UK. and Internationally:
For EU, currency and International orders are charged in Euros Currency. Select your shipping destination from the drop down menu in the shopping cart.   We reserve the right to cancel orders. We will ship your order using the United Kingdom Post Office. We cannot guarantee delivery, but only show you proof of shipment. For traceable shipments, please select our premium delivery service.

Late Orders & Returns Policy
I have not received my order
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days (from date of posting), but we need to wait 21 days before being able to investigate this matter further If you believe your item has been lost, and 21 days have passed, click the 'View order history' button above, select the item and follow the on-screen instructions.
I would like to return an item                                                                                           
Before returning an item you must obtain a returns authorisation from us and we will inform you of the returns procedure. We will authorise the return of an item in the following cases:
Faulty or damaged item                                                                                                       
You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
